Consider me as your newest friend! If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be running, I probably would have laughed (or cried, let’s be real). As someone with no sports experience in their background, I’m pretty proud of now having completed the Los Angeles Marathon this year, 2024. I created “Six Degrees,” to share practical advice, personal experiences, and to be a place to celebrate the connections we make along the way. Just like the phrase, “six degrees of separation,” I believe we are all just a few steps away from a new friend, and hitting a new PR.
